Hi Tron Dancers, lately I have realized it is already 7 years of our presence on LED show market what is quite a long time. We have performed 286 LED shows in 92 countries and made more than 100 LED suits in 7 designs. After this realization, I have decided to share all these experiences with you and to write about our journey from the very first idea to create an LED suit. I hope you will enjoy it.

2012 – 1st generation of Tron Dance Suit
We were asked to prepare our very first show with LED costumes for a singing contest what was a TV show. We had many experiences with the control system for lasers, videos and analog LED strips but we had never done an LED dance show before. We quickly needed to find the best dancers on the market and we were successful. The development was a difficult and time-consuming process and we were in a rush because the show was planned at the beginning of next month. Luckily, we finished the suits just before the show and still had some time to test them. Unfortunately, one of the receivers burned out just before the show and one during the show (only this burned receiver in our history), so instead of seven dancers we finished just with five dancers. Our whole team was disappointed because we were working very hard to bring an amazing LED show. To our surprise, we had good feedback from our friends and the audience as the show was streamed live on TV and they wanted to book our show. So, this was the beginning of our journey of hard work, improving hardware, software but we loved it!
2013 – 2nd generation of Tron Dance Suit
After the first prototype (what we called first generation ), we knew that we have plenty of work. First, we needed to place the LEDs on something, which is tougher than fabric because LEDs are sensitive and they can get broken easily if they don’t have a solid foundation. Another problem is, that it is difficult to wash the costumes when the LEDs are stitched directly on the fabric. We have sticked the LEDs on the tough plastic parts which are copying the dancer’s body. We also adjusted quality and length of wires, used fuses for batteries to protect a processor. And here we can say, that our second generation of the LED costume was born. Base of the costume is still the same nowadays, but we updated lot of details in wires, protection, better materials, longer signal distance, more information on receivers (battery life, test button etc).
2014 – Czech Slovakia Got Talent – Tron Dance
It was time to test our new version of the LED suit and we went straight for it. We were the second LED group in the World. Applying for Czech Slovakia Got Talent what was a good choice for us, so we took the opportunity. Everything went well and the improvements we did strongly improved our show. The jury was amazed, we got 3 yeses immediately. And we made it to the final! That was an amazing experience and we were blessed that we can show our show to the World.
OCTOBER 2017 – 1st generation of Tron Girls suit
After a huge amount of successful Tron Dance Shows all around the World, we decided that we step into another level. The decision was to create a female figure in lights. It was not an easy task at all. We used fiber optic cable because it can accentuate women’s curves better. Our first performance with this costume was maybe the craziest show we have done so far. The girls synchronized with projection danced in the famous Bratislava’s monument, the UFO bridge, on the outside of the restaurant, on the ledge behind the window that is only one meter wide. The result was amazing! Everybody was satisfied! But after we have seen our costume “in action” we started thinking if the suit looks feminine enough.
2017 – 2nd generation of Tron Girls Suit
2017 was revolutionary for Tron Girls. We have decided to markedly remake the look of the costume. It was necessary to show women’s signs more. We reorganized the shape of fiber optic cables and we had to add hair and fingers as well because these are important parts when you want to show the feminity. Adding UV light to our show was a perfect solution for us! The look of Tron Girls suit caught a fire!
2018 – Czech Slovakia Got Talent – Tron Girls
After finishing our masterpiece, it was needed to let the World know that a brand new character of LED shows was created so we grabbed the opportunity again and took part in Czech Slovakia Got Talent. Three yeses from jury confirmed that we have done a great job and they sent us straight to the final! For the final show, we have added a mask and few LED objects to our show. This was an amazing experience for us and it opened us a door to many new opportunities to perform our show all around the World.
2018 JUNE – 3rd generation of Tron Dance Suit

We were invited to perform for a very important event in Bratislava during our biggest Hip Hop festival in Slovakia – Hip Hop Žije, so we felt we need to show them something very special for the headliner of the year Rick Ross. He wanted to show his fans something that they have never seen before and we came with the idea to create a special LED suit just for this occasion. We have made everything on time and rolled the show!
2019 DECEMBER – Tron Man
After creating Ton Girls we started to feel hunger for creating something more so we said to ourselves: “why not?” The combination of fiber optic cables with UV light proved as a great merger so we decided to create a male version of Tron Girl and we named it Tron Man. Honestly, it was easier to create this costume than the previous types of suits because we have already had many experiences which helped us a lot. We wanted to give this costume a little bit of classy feeling so we decided to use a suit shape. After finishing the costume have already had some performances with Tron Man it proved to be an amazing project so we are looking forward to continuing our journey with Ton Man as it is our newest project.
PRESENT/FUTURE – Digital suit
At the moment we are working on moving our show to another level which is a digital suit. We have been working on this project for a long time but we still haven’t launched this project because we really want to make it perfect. We watch our competitors with digital suits and we try to find all mistakes so we can avoid them. I hope we will bring you this project soon and in the most perfect possible version.
