We all know, the pandemic is not an easy situation for all people, who are engaged in the event industry and the dancers are not an exception. But we are not one of those who are just waiting with our heads hanging down. We aim to use this time productively, staying in a positive mood. With this blog, we want to show you our way of dealing with this situation and providing you with some tips, which can help you too.

1. Teaching online
We know, our rooms are sometimes not big enough and the web camera is not the best quality, but these online exchanges can connect you with people from all around the World. Also, you can take an online class of some style, you have never tried before.

2. Staying in shape
As we do not have many shows, which used to keep us in shape, we needed to find some alternatives. Otherwise, the first show after the quarantine could be a real struggle for us. Important is to find a regime for having regular sessions. Trying out some new types of exercises can also be really interesting and funny at the same time.

3. Creating new LED costume design
When we used to have many shows, it was not so easy to invest enough time and energy to our new LED costume. Now, we finally have some spare creative time, so we are investing it in creating a brand new design of a woman’s LED suit. Cannot wait to show you the result!
4. Creating new LED choreography
Sometimes it looks like it is not a big deal to build a new LED choreography, but there are many aspects you need to care about. Every LED costume is different which means, that every costume “likes” a different kind of movement. The problem is, that you cannot find it out before trying the choreography out in lights. So after the very first rehearsal, we always watch the video and we are searching for the right movement, which fits the best to our new costume. So this mission we need to complete with our new costume as well.
These are some of our solutions, how to use the time we have productively. We know the situation is not easy for anyone who is working in the event industry so we should stay supportive to each other, to we can deal with the situation better and start doing our jobs soon.
