Hello Tron fans,

Last month we did an interesting business with Bor production which needed our high-end technological costumes, for their newest MSC cruise ships. They wanted very reliable costumes with conditions to put them under 2 minutes of changing time, so tailor customization of costumes was necessary from us.

Suit presentation

After first contact, our account manager Richie flew to London and shows our clients what types of costumes we have, their advantages and disadvantages what each costume naturally has. They have picked our Tron Dance generation II costumes because you can adjust them to put very fast. Our suits didn´t have this option, because we usually have lot of time to put the costumes and for our company is most important to be as universal as possible with big suit compatibility for any dancers and fast switching parts that alow us to change broken part for new one and repair in after the event in the company.

Our clients have a condition to put them under 2 minutes due to dancers having time to change between songs during the night’s entertainers. We have settled up how we will do it, and started making the suits.

Making the Suits

In our company, everything is handmade, which means we really make sure each part is the top level of quality but it also takes a longer time. We needed to manage the skelet for the suit, order CNC for our plastic parts on the legs, and make receivers PCB boards. When this was done we tested everything, and double check again step by step if the suits met our standards.

Custom LED objects & full custom LED suit

Our client also wanted LED objects for their special show as 4 LED wheels and an LED steering wheel. All have been custom-made following his instructions. Also, they had a special character for their night show, so we needed to do a completely custom fiber optic cable.  Here are some pictures

Custom choreography made in London

Our client ordered also from us a custom choreography for his music pick. We arrived 3 weeks before boarding the ship to London where were all the dancers settled up. Our choreographers made with their dancers a show, we programmed it in our LED Strip Studio software, did rehearsal the next day, and adjusted the choreography until it was done on a satisfactory level.

Adjustments in France

Our next work was coming to France where the boat was still barking and where all the finalizations had a place. We made the music shorter again changed some choreography parts, prepared all effects for the video wall content, and synchronized everything with the timecode. Expect of the main choreography, we have prepared effects for a second show where was used fiber optic suits.

A happy customer is our priority

We have been on the ship for 5 full days and worked from morning until night to make the show really perfect. All details, custom LED content was made, timecode synchronization just everything until our client was satisfied 110% with everything and we could show it to the first passengers that arrived on the cruise ship for the very first time.
