This September we had a very interesting collaboration with a German break dancer’s group “DDC entertainers“ that wanted to do a long-term collaboration of renting suits for LED events that they have. You can read about this business model and all of our experience in this blog.

Speaking about the event

We started to speak about their event and possibilities when their client wanted a break dance show for the anniversary. They wanted to do their break dance show in one entrance and the LED show in the second entrance in Norenberg, Germany. We have written them everything necessary (technical rider) to know what they need to know, spoke about the technical perspective of the LED suits, and all were accepted.

Programming the show

The next step was programming their own break dance LED show, but because of many events we needed to do it fast, officiant, and on high standards. Guys have prepared the video from their rehearsal and given us notes on how they imagined it. The second part of the job was on us and that is programming the LED suits in our Led Strip Studio software. It took us a few hours to complete the programming and we have been counted with real-time changes on the event.

We arrived at the Norenberg one day before the event and were lucky that we could come early in the morning when nobody was there and was able to check our choreography and how it looked. We tried it multiple times in a row each time adjusting something but it took us about 1 and a half hours with everything (except putting on the suits, of course, 😊 ) and the final version was just perfect. We loved that all the boys are break dancers and they tried our LED suits to the limits. The show was just perfect and all audience just loved it.
