In this blog, we will write about TOP 3 events that we did outside of Europe. So let´s sit comfortably and read about our TOP 3 events.
1) Tron Girls in Birmingham
England is officially outside of European Union, so we can add it to our list. This project is called “Motocirque” and combines FMX riders, Streetbike riders, BMX rider and dancers (TronGirls) on a big stage construction programmed with a variety of LED light effects.
When we arrived, we did not really know, what requirements our client would have had. We prepared 3 minutes custom-made show to a new track – electronic Dubstep – sort of music we had never used before. Challenge accepted, here we go!

After seeing the whole stage construction, that was 5 meters high – place, where we were supposed to dance – all of a sudden all smiles disappeared from our faces immediately. Moreover, FMX riders were supposed to jump right next to us doing all the tricks and flips, on the same stage we danced on. What a scary idea!
Right at the venue, we realized, that our client wanted us to co-create another 5 songs – create a dance freestyle with small choreos in between and then synchronized it with our LED Strip Studio software. Furthermore, there were 8 plastic mannequins with Tron Dance – LED costumes, synchronised also with our show. It might sound easy, but it was not. We needed to get to know all the 5 songs to be able to recognize parts, we were supposed to dance to. Then we agreed on what we will dance and meanwhile our technician was programming all the effects displayed on our costumes and mannequins.
We spent crazy 13 days doing a 20 minute Motocirque show, 2 or 3 times per day, falling in love with motorbikes, and getting used to 2000 people crowd cheering you every show!
2) Opening ceremony for Ronaldinho & Friends in Karachi – Pakistan
Welcome to the opening ceremony for Ronaldinho & Friends in Karachi! This event was unique due to the fact that there’s never been anything similar in Pakistan before. We spent the whole 3 days installing all of the lasers, setting them to synchronize with our Tron Dance show and LED screens.

The preparation took longer than it should, because it rained every night (yes we worked at the evening/night). That’s why we needed to cover / uncover lasers many times. Speakers and dancers came one day before the actual event, so we could do rehearsals. The big problem was there were no installed LED screens, so we couldn’t do general rehearsals with everything. Finally, we played live stream on our show and people loved it.
3) Saudi Arabia – Opening ceremony for Saudi League
One day, we obtained a wish of our client, to create a custom-made Tron Dance choreography of 30 dancers, in one week. It would not be such a big deal if women are allowed to be a part of this choreography. But a contrary was the case. In Jeddah, they are not really used to have women in the entertainment industry, performing for the public. But the Slovak dance scene is unfortunately not big enough to get 30 male dancers in such a short time. So, we told the client, that we are able to do it in a mixed group if they allow the female dancers to perform there. Our client said that they need to ask for special permission from the government. After three days, we received a message which said, that we are allowed to have female dancers and choreography should consist of 20 dancers. They gave us this permission due to Tron Dance is being performed in full dark so nobody can notice that there are some female dancers. It was especially important because the show was streamed live on TV. We had just two days for making choreography and we still didn’t have music from the client so we decided to prepare the choreography without music and add music afterward. We finally got the music on the day of our flight departure.

Everybody was fully ready to perform the best show we have ever done. The show was watched by the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia and it was also streamed live on TV. The show was in event of opening the new football season and we were also launching the newest football ball for Nike. We were the main entertaining part of the show. Even though the preparation was really difficult, the show was amazing. Everybody was really satisfied and the organizers finished the whole show with a spectacular fireworks.
