Hello Tron Dancers,

as we all know, 2020 & 2021 were very challenging years for everyone who is working in the event industry. Big public gatherings, which are essential for the segment, still haven’t come back and nobody knows if it will be possible in the future due to the new variants of the virus which are being spread around the world.

For this reason, companies still don’t make any big gatherings and we are more or less in a standby situation, where nobody knows what is coming. 2020 was a year of virtual events because there was a big panic in the world and no one wanted to meet in person.

In 2021, when economies were opened, there was room for making smaller gatherings just for VIP clients/customers and the online version for the rest. These combinations are called hybrid events. According to Beroe company, 2021 is the year of hybrid events, which are on the rise and the trend should stay here for the near future.

The big advantages of the hybrid event are that the most relevant people can see everything live, so they have an experience of participation and also a low risk of contamination by the virus, and the big audience can see everything that you prepared in virtual space. Let’s say around 200 people participate in your event but 1000 more employees can watch everything as well. The company can also save a lot of money that would have been spent on logistics, beverages, and the bigger halls necessary for the accommodation, etc.

Another advantage of the hybrid event is getting more money from sponsors for advertisement in the online space. It’s much easier to collect data online and you can monetize on that. Because of the fact that more people can participate in the online space, you reach a wider audience with your advertisement, which is more attractive for your sponsors.

In the online world, it is even more important to book a high-quality show, because you need to rely on the performing crew, as you sometimes don’t even meet face to face. This is the reason why Tron shows are a very good choice for any company that is hosting hybrid events. We can provide pre-recorded shows for your audience in high resolution or perform our show live, directly from your event. The choice is up to you.

If you have any questions regarding the hybrid event, don’t hesitate to contact us.
