Terms & conditions

These terms apply to bookings of shows and to rentals of LED suits from Showtacle Ltd. (trading as Tron Event Agency), Ľubietovská 3260/8, 851 01 Bratislava, Slovakia, Company ID (IČO) 36 735 361, VAT ID SK2022320652, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, section Sro, file no. 44461/B (“we”), and to the client who books them (“you”). Anything agreed differently in the written offer or contract takes precedence over these terms.

• Every show is prepared for your event, so we send you an individual offer after your inquiry.
• After you accept the offer, we send you a contract. The booking is confirmed once the contract is signed and we receive the payment due on signing (see Payment). Until then the date is not reserved.

• Shows start from €2,500. The final price depends on the show, the number of performers, the date, the place of the event and any custom work (choreography, LED logo, synchronization with LED screens or lasers), and is stated in the offer.
• Prices are in euros. VAT is added where the law requires it.

A show lasts 3–5 minutes, unless the offer says otherwise (e.g. several shows during one evening or a walking act).

• Travel by car or van: €0.06 per kilometre.
• Flights, accommodation and meals for the team, if needed, are stated in the offer. You can book them yourself, or we book them for you – then they are paid in full in advance (see below).

When the contract is signed, you pay on the basis of our invoice:

• a deposit of 50 % of the show price, and
• 100 % of the travel expenses (flights, hotel and meals) in advance, if our team is handling these bookings.

The remaining 50 % of the show price is due on the date stated in the contract or invoice – no later than the day of the event, unless agreed otherwise.

• If you need to move the event, tell us in writing as soon as possible. If the team is available on the new date and agrees to it, no cancellation fee is charged and the deposit is carried over to the new date.
• All additional costs caused by the change (e.g. rebooked tickets or accommodation) are paid by you.
• If the team is not available on the new date, the change is treated as a cancellation (see below).

By you. If the show is cancelled for any reason on your side, including circumstances beyond your control, tell us in writing immediately. We are then entitled to a cancellation fee based on the time left before the show:

The deposit already paid is set off against the fee: if it is higher than the fee, we return the difference; if it is lower, we invoice the rest. Costs already paid on your behalf (e.g. non-refundable tickets) are added to the fee.

By us. If the team cannot perform because of sickness (including injury, infirmity or mental illness) or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the team or the agency, we tell you immediately. You then do not have to pay the agreed price, and we return everything you have already paid. Where possible we also offer an equivalent replacement show or a new date.

The conditions in our technical requirements and the show’s technical rider: a safe stage of the agreed size, a dark environment for LED shows, sound system, power, a place to change, and time for a rehearsal on site. If these are not provided and the show cannot take place or must be shortened, the full price is payable.

• We are liable for damage caused by our team or our equipment through our fault, up to the price of the booking, unless the law does not allow such a limit.
• You are liable for the safety of the venue and the stage, and for damage to our equipment and LED suits caused by you, your guests, staff or the venue (e.g. damage to suits or controllers, spilled drinks, a defective stage).
• We are not liable for the content of your event, for damage caused by a failure of the venue (power, stage, sound system) or by circumstances of force majeure.

For rentals the same rules apply, with these additions:

• The suits are rented for the agreed period and returned complete and undamaged (normal wear excepted). A refundable deposit may be agreed in the offer.
• You are liable for loss, theft or damage of the rented suits, controllers and accessories from handover until return; repairs or replacements are invoiced at cost.
• If our technician is not present, you use the suits according to our instructions.

We may film and photograph our show for our portfolio and social media, unless you tell us in advance that the event is confidential.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, in particular the Commercial Code (Act No. 513/1991 Coll.). Disputes are resolved by agreement first, otherwise by the competent Slovak court. Questions: [email protected] · +421 948 871 799.
